Richard Ake - Director of Mortgages and Insurance
Fully CeMAP qualified, Richard's background is in Mortgage Advice and Life Assurance, having many years' experience in both. Richard looks after the mortgage and insurance operations and is very hands on, giving best advice on all types of mortgage, remortgage and life assurance.
Also CeRER qualified, Richard is able to advise on all types of Equity Release mortgage and can advise and arrange appropriate schemes.
Richard also has vast experience in dealing with debt problems, advising on the best way out of a difficult situation and leading clients on their recovery to better financial health.
A keen sportsman Richard finds it difficult to actually play much sport these days, however he does watch a lot on the TV! He currently plays five-a-side football in Boston Spa, though with baby number 3 due shortly, both activities are seriously under threat.

Vicky Dannon - Administration Manager
Vicky heads up the administration department, a crucial role in a company that prides itself on efficient systems and processes which enable it to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Vicky is in charge of all administration systems to make sure all data is up to date and managed in a fast, efficient and secure manner.
Caroline Ake - Financial Director
Caroline is responsible for all aspects of the accounts, reconcilations and financial reporting. Caroline also has responsibility for strategic sourcing and implementation of all business systems.
Michael Potter - New Business Director
With 10 year's experience in new business Mike is somewhat of a guru in this field. Mike works with estate agents, accountants and solicitors as well as property developers and landlords to cement long term business relationships.
